Our Story
Immigration Crew was founded in late November 2024 with a clear purpose: to provide professional, close, and human support to the Latino community, guiding both those seeking to obtain a visa with confidence and those who need help fixing their status in the U.S.
Our approach combines technical knowledge with cultural sensitivity and empathy. We work with a structured methodology and clear communication so every client understands the steps and feels supported throughout the process.
The name Immigration Crew reflects our essence: a team that chose to become independent after more than two years of experience in immigration and visa guidance, with the desire to build something different. More than a company, we aim to be a support and guidance group for those who need to fix their status in the U.S., as well as for those who require guidance in nonimmigrant visa processes—tourism, business, study, or investment—clearly and safely.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to travel and achieve their goals without confusion, risk, or wrong paths. That is why we support both those already in the U.S. facing an immigration process and those planning to enter the country legally, understanding that an orderly entry opens more doors for the future.
Behind Immigration Crew are Margarita Rosa Barandica and Ricardo García, founders of the project and experts in immigration and visa processes. Alongside us we work with specialized collaborators—such as translators and assistants—who complement our work and allow us to provide end-to-end support. Our mission is that every person understands, takes ownership, and moves forward with clarity.
